HOW TO ORDER/TERMS & CONDITIONS

Order Checklist:

• Complete 'Bill To' address WITH contact person and phone
• Complete 'Ship To' address (this must be the physical address, not a PO Box) WITH contact person and phone (email is also helpful) FOR EACH DELIVERY ADDRESS (feel free to include a separate sheet or file with this information and qty's to each - we don't need a separate PO for each)
• Product Information - Style number(s), Option(s), Color(s), Product Description, any Special Instructions (if applicable) and the Purchase Price if known
• Method of payment (see below)

Methods of Payment Accepted:

• Purchase Order (PO) - available if you are a public institution or have established credit with us
• Check presented at time of order
• VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX (available for orders <$5000.00 and not available for resellers); be sure to include the following information:
  • Organization name exactly as it appears on the credit card (if applicable)
  • Individual's name exactly as it appears on credit card
  • Billing address of credit card
  • Credit Card # and security code
  • Expiration Date

Terms & Conditions

PRICES:  Prices include product and delivery as quoted.  Prices quoted are good for 60 days.  Beyond 60 days, prices may be subject to change.  Published prices may be subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT TERMS:  Net 30 days

WARRANTY-FURNITURE:  10 years on all parts, but does not include surface damage unless caused by product failure or poor workmanship

WARRANTY-SURGE PROTECTORS:  Limited Lifetime.  Surge protectors are designed to sacrifice themselves in order to save equipment connected to them.  Consequently, a surge protector that has experienced a surge and no longer conducts A/C power has performed its duty protecting your equipment.  

ASSEMBLY:  All items delivered fully assembled when delivered in company owned trucks.  Some assembly may be required when delivered via. Common Carrier.  (check with us if you have questions)

CANCELLATION:  Because we make furniture to order, orders are non-cancellable after the start of production.
